HAS Cylists Clean Sweep at Nationals

Across 3 grueling days at the 2023 NSW Junior Track Championships, HAS cyclists took it to the best cyclists across the state to claim 5 medals - see all of their results below:

Across 3 gruelling days at the 2023 NSW Junior Track Championships, HAS cyclists took it to the best cyclists across the state to claim 5 medals - see all of their results below: 

 

In U17 Women, Hayley Dell had a great weekend of racing picking up a Silver Medal in Individual Time Trail 500m and just missing out on the Bronze in the Individual Pursuit and the Omnium -  coming 4 in both events and 9th in the Points Race. Hayley was on a composite team for the team's events picking up a Silver in the Team Sprint and Gold in the Team Pursuit.

 

In U17 Men, Jake Pajtl is a BP in the Individual Time Trail 500m and Individual Pursuit, 10th in the Points Race. Jake had a fantastic first round in the Omnium winning the Scratch and ending up 10th in the Omnium in the end.

 

In U15 Men, Anderson Dell rode well over the weekend gaining experience for his step up next year in U17. Anderson rode BP in his Individual Time Trail 500m and Individual Pursuit.

 

Our U19 riders have stepped out of the Junior ranks this year. Phoenix Julian competed in the U19 Women Sprint category and earned a Bronze medal for her efforts this is Phoenix's first time at an NSW State Track Championship was a great effort.

 

Noah Mason, U19 Men just missed out on a Bronze for Individual Time Trail by 800th of a second and won Silver in the Sprint qualifying with a time of 10.900 seconds in the flying 200m.
